About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious Business Development

Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience in IT services sales and a strong understanding of outbound lead

generation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic

thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business

relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails,

and networking.

⦁ Independently identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients for IT

services.

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-

term partnerships.

⦁ Conduct market research to identify target industries and business

prospects.

⦁ Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT service

solutions to meet their needs.

⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

and project execution.

⦁ Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to the

management team.

⦁ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through

consistent effort and pipeline management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

⦁ 1–2 years of proven experience in IT services sales or B2B business

development.

⦁ Experience in outbound lead generation (cold calling, emailing,

LinkedIn outreach, etc.) is mandatory.

⦁ Strong communication and presentation skills with a persuasive,

client-focused approach.

⦁ Good understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and

project-based solutions.

⦁ Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle —

from lead generation to deal closure.

⦁ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

⦁ Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated professional with

strong negotiation skills.
