HVAC Design

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, estimating, and preparing competitive proposals for HVAC projects, ensuring technical accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with client and consultant requirements. This role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to support project success from design through tendering and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimate HVAC (air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration) project costs based on technical drawings, specifications, and site conditions.

2. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and fill tender BOQs as per client and consultant requirements.

3. Collect, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers for HVAC equipment and materials.

4. Develop costing sheets and calculate own-cost margins to ensure project profitability and competitiveness.

5. Support the sales and business development teams by preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals.

6. Coordinate with the design team to develop efficient, compliant, and cost-effective HVAC system layouts.

7. Collaborate with procurement, execution, and finance departments for smooth project planning and implementation.

8. Follow up with clients on submitted quotations, clarify technical or commercial queries, and support negotiation and project closing.

9. Maintain organized records of all tenders, quotations, supplier communications, and cost breakdowns.

10. Stay updated on HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor pricing to enhance estimation accuracy and business competitiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
