We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer in
Laravel and the MERN Stack
(MongoDB, Express, React, ) to join our growing Web Development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications ensuring top-quality code, innovative architecture, and timely delivery. This role also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Laravel and
  • Build and enhance interactive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using , , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and Web Sockets.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern development principles (MVC, SOLID, DRY).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, mobile developers, and QA engineers.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and system reliability.
  • Optimize application performance using caching, query tuning, and best database practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing architecture and processes.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and manage version control through Git.
