Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty / Trainer to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves conducting engaging training sessions, developing learning materials, and mentoring learners in practical digital marketing skills, ensuring they are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for beginner to advanced learners.
  • Deliver training in multiple formats – classroom, online, and pre-recorded tutorials.
  • Design, update, and deliver training content, case studies, exercises, and presentations aligned with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Simplify and translate complex digital marketing concepts into practical, learner-friendly content.
  • Provide hands-on training in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO Tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Canva, WordPress, and Email Marketing platforms.
  • Facilitate live projects and simulations to enhance learner understanding and practical application.
  • Evaluate learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WordPress, Canva, and Email Marketing Tools.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a learner-first approach.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability while teaching diverse learners.
  • Ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical, real-world applications.
