Charity Fundraiser

Job Summary:

The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization's programs and initiatives. The role involves donor engagement, proposal writing, event coordination, and exploring innovative ways of generating funds to sustain and grow the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize fundraising campaigns, events, and awareness drives.
• Manage online fundraising platforms and explore digital campaigns.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities (CSR, government grants, trusts).
• Maintain fundraising records and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with program and communication teams to showcase impact stories.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications:

12th pass or Bachelor degree or Equivalent

Skills:

• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or NGO fundraising
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills

Salary:

Rs12,000 -Rs15,000
