Sales Graduate Trainee

Role & responsibilities
- 1) Manage and develop the distributor and retail network within the assigned territory.
- 2) Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
- 3) Achieve sales targets through efficient market coverage, product promotion, and retailer engagement.
- 4) Coordinate with distributors for order processing, stock management, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- 5) Identify and onboard new retailers, while supporting route planning for optimal coverage.
- 6) Collect market intelligence and feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activities.
- 7) Execute promotional activities, product sampling, and campaigns as per company guidelines.
- 8) Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
- This is a field-intensive role, involving order taking, merchandising, sampling, and execution of all promotional activities at the market level.

Salary (CTC):
3.85 lakhs per annum (before confirmation)
- 5.27 lakhs per annum (after confirmation)
Skills Required:
- Willingness to work in the FMCG field across various locations in Kerala
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of conversational Malayalam (mandatory)
- Openness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.) preferred
