About UsWe are a growing football academy in Hyderabad dedicated to developing young talent and shaping the future of Indian football. Our program focuses not only on technical and tactical football training but also on building life skills, discipline, and character.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute age-appropriate football training sessions in line with AIFF guidelines

Work with players aged 5–18 on developing their skills, fitness, and understanding of the game

Monitor player progress and maintain individual development records

Assist in organizing tournaments, camps, and exposure trips

Maintain discipline, ensure player safety, and act as a role model for young athletes

Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain a positive and professional training environmentRequirementsMinimum AIFF D Licence (C Licence preferred)Playing experience at any recognized competitive level (school, club, academy, university, or professional)Strong understanding of grassroots and youth football development

Good communication and leadership skills

Willingness to undergo drug testing

Based in or willing to relocate to HyderabadCommitted, punctual, and passionate about coaching and mentoring young players

Bonus PointsExperience working in a residential academy or school environment

Certifications in First Aid, fitness training, or child safety

Ability to communicate in English and regional languages
