  • Ensure TAT of Recruitment and On boarding Process
  • Coordinate Trainings of the employees and ensure the Mandays are met
  • Ensure timely and accurate Payroll Processing of Workers is completed by the reportees
  • Preparation of HR reports and analysis on Weekly and Monthly basis
  • Ensure Full & Final Settlement within timeline
  • Ensure proper hygiene and grooming of the unit are as per Company Policy

*Planning and Executing L&D calendar for the Plant staff & workmen

*Rolling out PMS process in the Plant

*Ensuring manpower cost is within the budget

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
