Job Title: Accounts Data Operator––Bank Reconciliation

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Data Operator––Bank Reconciliation specialist to manage daily accounting data entry tasks, bank reconciliation, and AR-related activities.

The candidate must have strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to work in US (Night) Shifts from our Noida Sector 63 office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update accounting data in ERP/accounting systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Prepare and post Accounts Receivable (AR) entries, including invoices, receipts, and adjustments.
  • Perform bank reconciliation regularly and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between books and bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial databases and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect entries.
  • Use Excel to generate, analyze, and review accounting data and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good typing/data entry speed with high accuracy.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AR entries and accounting basics.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent Communications Skills both Verbal and written.
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills, including:
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • SUMIF / SUMIFS
  • Pivot Tables
  • Conditional Formatting
  • Basic formulas (IF, COUNTIF, TEXT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with accounting tools/software (Tally/ERP/other).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting data entry or similar roles.
  • Freshers with strong Excel and accounting fundamentals may also be considered.

  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to work Night Shifts (US Shifts) from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹26,375.56 per month
