About the Role

We're looking for
dynamic, field-oriented professionals
to join our team in Mumbai.

This is a
purely field-based role
where you'll engage directly with
hospitals, patients, and healthcare providers
to promote and facilitate our
financial assistance and claim reimbursement programs
.

You'll be responsible for
driving on-ground partnerships
,
counselling patients on financial solutions
, and ensuring
seamless coordination
between hospitals and internal teams — helping make healthcare more
accessible and affordable
.

What You'll Do

  • Build and onboard
    hospitals and healthcare partners
    for financing programs.
  • Drive
    sales targets, conversions, and revenue growth
    through business partnerships.
  • Engage with
    hospital finance teams and administrators
    to promote financing solutions.
  • Manage
    key accounts
    , lead
    financial discussions
    , and drive
    commercial negotiations
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    B2B / B2C Sales, Fintech, Banking, or Healthcare Financing
    ,
  • OR
    freshers with strong
    sales acumen
    and
    financial knowledge
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
    skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented
    , and adaptable to a
    fast-paced environment
    .
  • Open to
    freshers eager to build a long-term career
    in
    sales and financial services
    , with a passion for making healthcare more accessible.
