Role Description
We're looking for a
Backend Intern
to join our team at
Auroverse (Vellore)
.
This is a
full-time on-site internship
, where you'll gain hands-on experience in developing and scaling backend systems. As part of our tech team, you'll collaborate closely with front-end developers, contribute to microservice-based architectures, and work on database and API development. You'll also play a role in optimizing performance, ensuring security, and learning how to design systems that can scale for the future.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in
server-side programming
preferred; Python/Java is a plus) - Familiarity with
(backend)
and
microservices architecture - Experience or exposure to database management
(SQL/NoSQL) - Understanding of
API development
and RESTful services - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies for effective collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset
- Awareness of
security practices
and scalable system design - Good communication and teamwork skills
- Currently pursuing a
2nd or 3rd year degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields - Preferable Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu
