Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a deep understanding of visual communication, and the ability to translate political ideas into engaging graphics for digital and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design campaign creatives, posters, banners, social media posts, infographics, and promotional material.
  • Create visually appealing designs for election campaigns, rallies, events, and voter outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with the content and strategy team to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
  • Develop design variations for different platforms (print, digital, video thumbnails, reels, etc.).
  • Stay updated with political trends and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva (knowledge of video editing software is a plus).
  • Strong creative thinking, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
  • Ability to understand political communication and design for mass appeal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing (political campaign design experience is a bonus).
