Job Summary: The Visual Merchandising (VM) Operations Analyst supports the global VM team by managing data reporting, purchase order tracking, and program analytics. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency across VM activities, including freight tracking, purchase order approvals, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills with experience handling large data sets using tools like Power BI, SAP, and Airtable. Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Reporting and Data ManagementCollaborate daily with the VM Program Manager and VM Admin on open purchase orders and ad-hoc reporting requests.Prepare weekly and monthly VM reports using large data sets for operational insights.Compile shipping and installation reports into individual trackers for each program or purchase order.Organize shipping, installation, and quote documentation into structured folders for easy reference. 2. Purchase Order (PO) ManagementMaintain a monthly list of open POs for fixed assets tracking and confirm monthly shipments linked to corresponding program folders.Run daily SAP approval reports to track PO status for North America and send approved PO PDFs to respective creators.Generate and share weekly reports of all newly entered POs, including tax amounts, with global VM team super users.Enter open POs weekly into the Airtable tracker for accurate shipping formula alignment.Update promotional trackers once POs are issued and ensure unit pricing is accurate. 3. Data Analysis and Insights (Power BI)Perform analysis of add/delete trays for North America programs by comparing against line lists, planogram types, and store assortments.Develop and execute custom analysis functions for large data sets to meet specific reporting or business needs.Provide clear, store-level reports by retailer on seasonal add/deletes and perform cost comparisons versus original quotes.Analyze CapEx and OpEx cost splits per planogram type for North American programs to support fixed asset reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis; experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SAP, and Airtable (or similar data management tools).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting automation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reports and trackers simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
