Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to develop and expand business opportunities in Building Management Systems (BMS) with a special focus on Indoor Climate applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls, automation systems, and energy management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities related to BMS and Indoor Climate solutions.
  • Solution Promotion: Promote and sell BMS solutions for managing HVAC systems, air quality sensors, temperature control, and energy optimization.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, MEP consultants, facility managers, and large commercial/institutional clients.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
  • Customized Solutions: Analyze customer needs and propose tailored BMS solutions aligned with project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design, proposal development, and implementation planning.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients with system selection, specifications, and post-sale support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Indoor Climate and BMS sector.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM data to track leads and client interactions.
