About Everhope Oncology

Everhope Oncology is a mission-driven cancer care platform backed by  Narayana Health,  W Health Ventures, and  2070Health, with $10M in seed funding. Focused on making high-quality treatment more accessible and patient-friendly, Everhope is building a nationwide network of medical and surgical oncology centers. Starting in Delhi and Mumbai, the network will expand to 10 cities over the next three years - bringing expert-led early diagnosis, daycare chemotherapy, and surgical oncology to where patients need them most. Everhope is also making strides in early detection of cancer and ecosystem of cancer services like nutrition, etc. under its platform Everhope connect.

Role

The Program Manager will report to the Operating Partner of the Everhope team and will work closely with our Product & GTM team on key priorities. You'll be responsible for driving key initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, institutionalize knowledge in product & marketing and ensuring that the gears of the organization are always turning smoothly.

Responsibilties

Operational Excellence

• Works with internal stakeholders, project managers & founders to identify, track & report the benefits of the executed project.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other teams by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Help drive key priorities of the Partner by program managing & coordinating with leaders across the organisation, acting as gatekeepers and ensuring the Partner's involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.

Product Development & Launch Support

• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and inform future iterations for smoother product formation.
• Support & oversee the execution of product prototypes and early-stage testing to validate market fit and gather user feedback.
• Act as a liaison between the Product Development team and external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Go-to-market

• Create the framework for vetting the GTM strategies with critical metrics, and methods for tracking success and risks.
• Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to refine and execute the GTM strategy.
• Assist with planning of customer acquisition strategy and management of these partnerships across other players in the ecosystem.

• 2-5 Years of experience across consulting/fast paced startups

• Educational Requirements:

• MBA from a Tier-1 Institution: Candidates must hold an MBA degree from a premier Tier-1 business school such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, or ISB.

• Preferred Undergraduate Background: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their undergraduate studies from top-tier institutions such as:

• Delhi University colleges: Hindu College, Miranda House, Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR), St. Stephen's College, Kirori Mal College, Hansraj College, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC)

• Indian Institutes of Technology: IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, or IIT Kanpur

• A sharp executioner who can break down ambiguity into smaller constructs and problem solve

• Values depth & insights and man manages/differentiates between breath/execution tasks and depth/insights and discovery tasks and deal with them with merit
• A very strong team player who can collaborate well across functions, leadership, and sub-cultures

• A non-hierarchical performance-oriented work culture
• Hand-in-glove opportunity to work with established founders and business leadership to build 0 to 1 across multiple health-tech companies
• A close look at Venture Capital industry dynamics
