Job Summary

We are looking for a young, creative, and flexible Videographer/Cinematographer based in Bangalore to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and an expert in capturing high-quality, engaging video content for social media (especially Instagram Reels) and digital campaigns. You must be highly skilled with modern camera equipment and have a rock-solid command of gimbal operation to create smooth, dynamic shots.

This role requires you to be adaptable, able to think on your feet, and ready to travel to various client locations across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Shooting: Film and capture high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media reels, client testimonials, brand stories, and event coverage.
• Camera Operation: Expertly operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, various lenses, and audio recording equipment to achieve the desired look and sound.
• Gimbal Expertise: Must be proficient in using gimbals (e.g., DJI Ronin, Zhiyun) to produce stable, smooth, and cinematic footage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media manager and content team to understand creative briefs, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Lighting & Setup: Set up and manage lighting (natural and artificial) and audio equipment on-site to ensure high production value.
• Flexibility: Adapt to different shooting environments (e.g., gyms, hotels, restaurants, corporate offices) and be flexible with timings to meet project deadlines.
• Editing (A Plus): Basic video editing skills (cutting, color grading, adding music/text) to prepare content for the social media team will be a significant advantage.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain all video files and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be based in Bangalore and available to travel locally for shoots.
• Proven experience as a Videographer or Cinematographer.
• A strong portfolio is mandatory. Please include links to your work, especially social media videos or reels that demonstrate your camera and gimbal skills.
• Expert knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and settings.
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with gimbals is a non-negotiable requirement.
• A good eye for composition, framing, and lighting.
• Young, energetic, and highly flexible with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Good communication skills to understand briefs and provide creative input.
