Job Title: Project Manager – Technical Support Team (Female Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate our Technical Support Team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a technical understanding of support workflows, and the ability to manage client communications, team performance, and project timelines. She will ensure smooth delivery of support operations, maintain service quality, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily support activities, workload distribution.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, understand issues, and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Oversee project timelines, task allocation, and progress tracking for support-related deliverables.
  • Analyze team performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and enhance team productivity.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to improve team skills.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for issue escalations and solution delivery.
  • Maintain strong documentation practices, including client updates and project notes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support, Project Coordination, or Team Lead roles.
  • Strong understanding of software support processes, ticketing systems, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, client-handling skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and timelines.
  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Experience in IT/software service-based companies.
