About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect and build scalable systems across the entire stack - from React frontends to backend services with BFF layers. You'll work on high-impact projects serving thousands of users, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement full-stack architecture for new features and systems

- Build responsive React applications using JavaScript/TypeScript

- Develop and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers

- Write efficient backend code in Java, Kotlin, .NET, or similar technologies

- Implement RESTful APIs and work with SQL/NoSQL databases

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production

- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Drive technical initiatives and establish best practices

- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of professional software development experience

- Strong expertise in React with JavaScript/TypeScript

- Proven Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) experience

- Solid backend skills in Java, Kotlin, .NET/C#, or similar languages

- Track record with large-scale applications and complex codebases

- Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and caching strategies

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack

- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have :

- Experience with Scala or other JVM languages

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Microservices architecture and GraphQL

- Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

- Legacy system migration and modernization projects

- Observability tools and event-driven architectures

What You'll Work On :

- Building features for our platform used by thousands of daily users

- Modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud-native architectures

- Implementing real-time features and optimizing performance
