The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and enhancing the employer brand.
