Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and a proven ability to build relationships with clients, generate leads, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of proven experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B technology sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling ERP, CRM, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital sales techniques.
- Existing client network in the IT or corporate sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹33,901.06 per month
