ROLE SUMMARY

AGG is adding an OpenText Exstream Developer with 2-4 years of exp working with OT Exstream (including Dialogue, Empower Editor, Design Manager). Good understanding of doc lifecycle, template design, and output. Exp with batch and on-demand processing. Knowledge of other scripting languages is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop applications using various OpenText Exstream products (versions 9x/16x) based on high-level solution documents
  • Apply technical expertise to develop and deliver customer-focused CCM solutions
  • Work with input formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and reference files, and output formats including PDF, AFP, Archive, EMAIL, HTML, and EMPOWER
  • Handle document data-processing and post-composition processing using OpenText Exstream
  • Manage design components such as search keys, placeholders, tag sets, design layers, language layers, campaigns, and messages
  • Drive assigned tasks independently to completion by effectively coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain active communication and relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile delivery processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of strong technical experience with OpenText Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions
  • Proficient knowledge of OpenText modules including Design Manager, Designer, Control Center, Communication Server, Communication Builder, and CAS
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for technology and a proactive willingness to learn
  • Experience working in Agile methodology environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without supervision
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones
  • Ability to conduct end-user training and business workshops
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Strong consulting mindset with attention to detail and quality delivery
