We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Java Backend Developer
to join our technology team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge backend solutions that support our mission to enhance digital capabilities within financial services. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using
    Java (11 or higher)
    .
  • Build robust, scalable services using
    Spring Boot
    and
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that solve complex business problems.
  • Implement secure, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Work with
    event-driven architecture
    and integrate with cloud-native services.
  • Deploy and manage applications on
    Microsoft Azure Cloud
    and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Work with
    PostgreSQL
    and ensure optimized SQL queries and database performance.
  • Write and execute unit tests using
    JUnit
    , manage builds with
    Maven
    , and utilize tools such as
    Hibernate
    for ORM.
  • Contribute to the improvement of system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with modern web technologies and backend trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java 11+

  • Solid experience building
    cloud-native applications
    with
    microservices
    and
    event-driven architecture
    .
  • Practical exposure to

  • Strong understanding of
    PostgreSQL
    or other relational databases.
  • Experience working with
    modern web technologies
    and RESTful API design.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building high-quality software.
