Job Description:-

A Sales and Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals, which involves market research, managing promotional campaigns, and leading sales and marketing staff. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales and marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives. The role also requires financial planning, such as budget management and forecasting, as well as team leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, creating action plans and setting objectives for the team.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand consumer needs, and analyze trends.
  • Sales management: Set sales quotas, manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and report on sales activity.
  • Marketing execution: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Team leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales and marketing staff to achieve their objectives.
  • Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with company-wide business goals.
  • Financial management: Develop annual budgets and forecasts for sales and marketing activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38, ₹52,000.00 per month
