PYP Coordinator

Weare seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a PYP

Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international curricula

and demonstrated expertise in managing and leading academic programmes for the Primary

Years.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan,organize, and implement the IB PYP curriculum in alignment with school

standards and international benchmarks.

 Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to teachers for effective curriculum

delivery.

 Supervise academic operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the Primary Years

Programme.

 Coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of the

curriculum.

 Leadinitiatives aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes and improving teacher

performance.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.

 Minimum5years ofteaching experience in the Primary Years Programme (PYP, CIPP,

or other international curricula).

 Prioradministrative or leadership experience preferred.

 Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

 Ability to inspire, guide, and support teachers and staff
