About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role involves hands-on coding, architecture design, mentoring junior developers, and driving continuous improvements in code quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for scalable, high-performance applications.

Design and develop REST-based backend microservices using best practices.

Ensure seamless integration with existing CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Work autonomously or collaboratively across multiple product features with minimal supervision.

Propose and implement innovative technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Promote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and integrity within the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5+ years of experience developing large-scale, production-grade software.

Strong expertise in Java, SQL, NoSQL databases, and modern JavaScript frameworks (MVC-based).

Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, SQS, or RabbitMQ.

Proficiency in CI/CD, caching strategies, and infrastructure as code.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable system architectures.

Commitment to agile practices and clean code principles.

Nice to Have

Experience in Healthcare technology, standards, and workflows (HL7, FHIR).

Exposure to Data Analytics or Machine Learning.
