Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Executive based in our Nagpur office. The Traffic Executive will manage the coordination and scheduling of freight movement, ensure timely dispatch of trucks, and maintain effective communication with transporters, truckers, and clients. Responsibilities include tracking and monitoring shipments, resolving issues promptly, managing route optimization, and ensuring adherence to schedules and service standards. The position requires fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining detailed records for operational insights.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, coordination, and logistics planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with transporters, truckers, and clients.
• Knowledge of route optimization and freight matching processes, along with familiarity with logistics software tools.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistical issues efficiently and effectively.
• A background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environments while maintaining a focus on accuracy and service standards.
