Miles IT is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Striven team. You will work as part of a dynamic team that possesses diverse skills across the various disciplines of digital marketing.

Striven ERP is our all-in-one business solution. It incorporates a suite of business tools- CRM, Accounting, Operations and Human Resources tools that work together to help small and medium sized businesses grow, simplify and reduce costs.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaign logistics inside our custom built CRM system
  • Generate reports based on the work that you are responsible for, report findings to leadership
  • Maintain key profiles across the web that showcase our various products and services
  • Do the legwork behind some of our content efforts
  • Proactively look for problems and present solutions to leadership for review
  • Perform research for various marketing-related initiatives, such as investigating competitor websites and places where our profiles should be featured

REQUIRED:

  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years experience with ERP/CRM systems, WordPress
  • G-Suite (or Microsoft, etc.) and WordPress proficiency
  • Fluent and effective verbal and written English communication skills,
  • Strong organization and planning skills with a keen attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to both manage and follow processes.
  • Flexible with the capacity to multi-task and change gears effectively with strong decision-making abilities.

PREFERRED:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience (Marketing Degree, Project Management experience, PMI Certification, Certified Scrum Master)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience using Project Management software (Asana, Jira, BaseCamp), CRM experience (HubSpot, SalesForce, Zoho) fast typing speed (75+ WPM)
  • Self-driven, independent worker, fast learner, continuous improvement, resourcefulness, emotional intelligence
