  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
  • Check and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure quality control by monitoring concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities.
  • Maintain daily site reports, labour deployment, and material consumption records.
  • Verify measurements for billing and provide accurate data to QS & billing teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline at all times.
  • Raise RFIs and resolve drawing or site-related issues with the design/structural team.
  • Track material requirements in advance and coordinate timely procurement.
  • Report site progress, challenges, and delays to project managers regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
