Role Summary

We are hiring AI - Python Full Stack Developers who are passionate about artificial intelligence, backend development, and automation systems. In this role, you will build and deploy complete AI products from scratch, integrating data pipelines, machine learning models, and user interfaces in production-ready environments.

This is a high-impact opportunity to build real AI systems and contribute to a product-oriented tech culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Build and integrate AI/ML models using Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • - Design and develop full-stack applications using Django or Flask for the backend.
  • - Work with frontend tools (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to connect AI models with UI.
  • - Create automation systems and scripts to streamline workflows.
  • - Preprocess, clean, and manage datasets for AI pipelines.
  • - Develop APIs to deploy models in real-world applications.
  • - Collaborate on architecture decisions and system design.
  • - Debug, performance-tune, and maintain version-controlled codebases.
  • - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and delivery cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • - Proficient in Python with strong OOP concepts.
  • - Solid understanding of machine learning, AI algorithms, and model training.
  • - Hands-on with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • - Backend development with Django or Flask.
  • - Familiarity with automation scripts and system-level workflows in Python.
  • - Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS); React experience preferred.
  • - Experience with Git, Postman, and API testing tools.
  • - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
  • - Good communication and ability to work independently.
  • - Fast learner, open to feedback, and adaptable to dynamic requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • - Exposure to LangChain, Hugging Face, or transformer-based AI tools.
  • - Understanding of vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, etc.).
  • - Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines and Docker-based deployment.

Candidate Agreement Terms – AI Python Developer Position Agreement Commitment:

  • All selected candidates must sign a 2-year agreement with Thorsignia, confirming their willingness to stay and work with the company for at least two years from the date of joining.

Document Submission:

  • - Candidates are required to submit either their 10th or 12th standard marks card for custody.
  • - These documents will be safely stored and returned upon the candidate's exit from the company, regardless of tenure.

Policy Compliance:

  • Once selected, candidates must comply fully with the company's policies and terms of employment.

Training & Probation:

  • - 3 months training period (unpaid) to prepare candidates for real-time project responsibilities.
  • - 1 month probation with a stipend of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on performance).
  • Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a full-time offer with a starting salary of ₹20,000+, based on performance.

Workweek & Hours:

Monday – Saturday, on-site (Bangalore).

Fixed shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
