We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure consistent quality and presentation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cooking and eager to develop a career in the culinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to standard recipes.

• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Manage ingredients, inventory, and storage as directed.

• Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.

• Learn and implement new cooking techniques and menu items.
