Minimum Salary will be 13,000 but is negotiable depending on work experience and capabilities

Responsibilities

The General Dentist will be responsible for a wide range of clinical duties, including:

• Comprehensive Examinations and Diagnosis:Conducting thorough oral examinations, assessing patients' dental needs, and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Restorative and Cosmetic Procedures:Performing procedures such as fillings, root canals, crowns and bridges.
• Preventative Care: Educating patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative measures, and overseeing prophylactic treatments.
• Surgical Procedures: Performing routine extractions and other minor oral surgeries.
• Pediatric Dentistry: Providing foundational dental care for children.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and ensuring strict adherence to all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with dental consultants, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and practice operations.
• Continuing Education: Staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology, materials, and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or MDS degree from an accredited dental college.
• Current and unrestricted state dental license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist preferred. (However, highly motivated and exceptional recent graduates may also be considered.)
• Proven ability to perform all aspects of general dentistry independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and patient education.
• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
