About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, creative Ad Copywriter with 1–2 years of experience who can craft catchy, high-performing ad copies for digital campaigns. If you understand what makes people click, scroll, stop, or buy you'll be a great fit.Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling and concise ad copies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other paid platforms.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing & Creative teams to conceptualize ads that align with campaign goals.
  • Conduct quick audience, keyword, and competitor research to strengthen messaging.
  • A/B test ad copy elements (headlines, CTAs, hooks, angles).
  • Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting tone as per campaign needs.
  • Create short-form copy for landing pages, reels, and marketing creatives when needed.
  • Use performance feedback to refine and optimize copy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in ad copywriting, content writing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital ads and what drives conversions.
  • Ability to write short, crisp, impactful communication.
  • Good grasp of storytelling, consumer psychology, and marketing fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
