Role Overview

BlossoMM Therapy is seeking a part-time child psychologist who can provide therapy to children and parents in an empathetic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing treatment and counseling to children dealing with a range of mental health issues (ADHD, anxiety, learning disorders, etc.).
  • Conducting psychological assessments and designing therapy plans.
  • Engaging children and parents in behavior-enhancing activities.
  • Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Behavior Therapy.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Supporting families in understanding and addressing concerns about their children.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in psychological assessments for children and adolescents.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in child & adolescent counseling.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques: CBT, Play Therapy, and other child-focused interventions.
  • Fluency in Hindi, English and Kannada is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Master's or Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling).
  • Master's / Diploma in Child Counselling preferred.
  • Valid license to practice as a psychologist in Karnataka.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Part-time / Consultant (Between- 10:00am to 7:00pm)
  • Pay: Starting from ₹15,000.00–₹20,000.00 per month (depending on hours & engagement)
  • Schedule: Morning shift (with flexibility for consultant role)
  • Days: Monday - Saturday
  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (reliable commute or relocation before joining required)
