Job Title: Educational Content Creator (Video/Audio)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and charismatic Educational Content Creator to develop engaging video and audio content for our online learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Hindi and English languages, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant, camera-friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality educational content (videos, podcasts, audiobooks, etc.) on various subjects, including but not limited to, academic topics, skills development, and exam prep.

• Script, present, and record educational content in Hindi and English languages.

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement in all content created.

• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop content outlines, scripts, and storyboards.

• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into content.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Hindi and English languages (written and spoken).

• Clear and concise vocabulary, with excellent pronunciation.

• Decent face structure and appearance for video recording.

• Clear and pleasant voice for audio recording.

• Proficiency in using recording equipment and software (camera, microphone, editing software, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Journalism, Communication, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, teaching, or related field.

• Experience in creating educational content for online platforms.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Strong scripting and storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in video/audio recording and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Audacity, etc.).

• Familiarity with online learning platforms and trends.
