Project Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Lead to oversee and manage construction and interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in project execution, team coordination, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all project activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to manage project progress.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and company policies.
- Review drawings, specifications, and work progress on-site.
- Identify and resolve project issues or delays efficiently.
- Prepare regular progress reports and update management on project status.
- Lead the site team to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budgets.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of project planning and execution in civil/interior works.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
