Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in smooth office operations, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounting tasks and day-to-day financial operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter and maintain records in Gati software.
  • Support management with reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and office software.
  • Familiarity with data entry and accounting software is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
