We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven MIS Executive to oversee data management, reporting, and dashboard development across key business functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio, with a proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.

Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce, Trading, Import, or Distribution sectors will be given preference.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
  • Work extensively with Excel and Google Sheets using advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA).
  • Build dynamic dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) to track KPIs such as:
  • Website & Marketplace Sales
  • Inventory & Stock Health
  • Order Fulfillment Rates
  • Returns, Cancellations & Logistics Metrics
  • Clean, consolidate, and analyze large structured/semi-structured datasets.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support departments like Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Collaborate with tech and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Automate routine reports and processes to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Identify and implement improvements in MIS and data processes.
  • Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in MIS or Data Reporting roles, preferably in relevant sectors (E-commerce, Trading, Import, Distribution).
  • Tools & Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level Excel & Google Sheets (including advanced functions & scripting)
  • Experience with Looker Studio and/or Google App Script
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and platforms like Shopify or Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages (preferred but not mandatory)
