Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Data Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting healthcare and operational data to help improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret medical and operational data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Analyze trends in test volumes, patient data, and revenue performance.
• Identify areas of process improvement and assist in data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Work closely with management, lab teams, and IT department to automate data processes.
• Use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to create dashboards and visual reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics).
• Strong proficiency in
  MS Excel
  (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Experience with
  Power BI
  ,
  SQL
  , or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Working Hours:-

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
