Zonal Admin

Role & responsibilities

1. Office Premises Management

• Identify suitable locations for setting up new offices or relocating existing branches in the zone.
• Coordinate site visits, finalise premises after necessary approvals, and handle lease agreement formalities.
• Liaise with landlords, legal team, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of lease and related documents.

2. Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance

• Coordinate with vendors for civil work, interiors, furniture, electrical, IT, and CCTV setup.
• Ensure timely handover and readiness of premises before the go-live date.
• Take care of regular upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of offices in the zone.

3. Administration Support

• Handle admin requirements such as stationery, housekeeping, courier, office supplies, etc.
• Ensure admin processes are followed as per company policy and provide support to employees when needed.
• Maintain asset inventory, ensure AMC renewals, and upkeep of infrastructure.

4. Vendor and Cost Management

• Empanel vendors as per company guidelines, ensure competitive pricing, and maintain quality standards.
• Process vendor bills on time and monitor costs as per the approved admin budget.
• Look for cost-effective solutions without compromising on service quality.

5. Coordination and Reporting

• Work closely with ZH and the Corporate Admin team.
• Share regular updates, reports, and escalations, if any.
• Help implement new admin initiatives across the zone.
