Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content & Copywriting Manager to lead our brand voice across digital, print, and product touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, SEO, and performance marketing crafting compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a unified content strategy aligned with brand, SEO, and campaign goals
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content: website copy, product descriptions, blogs, emailers, ad copies, video scripts, and social media posts
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of content writers and freelancers
  • Own the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content assets
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and performance metrics
  • Conduct content audits and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles (preferably in D2C, tech, or energy sectors)
  • Proven ability to write for diverse formats: long-form, short-form, technical, and persuasive copy
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and content analytics
  • Excellent command of English and storytelling techniques
  • Experience with CMS tools (WordPress), SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and project management platforms
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful content and campaign results

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in renewable energy, e-commerce, or tech-driven brands
  • Knowledge of Hindi or regional languages for multilingual content
  • Familiarity with video scripting and influencer content strategy
