Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates and team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to source potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from start to finish

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a quick learner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
