Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Software Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. As a fresher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with various testing techniques (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
