Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager is responsible for client relationship management, financial performance, and sales support, which includes acting as the primary point of contact for dealers, identifying growth opportunities, tracking metrics, and resolving issues. They maintain strong relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and provide reports to management, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. This role is distinct from an Accounting Manager, which focuses on managing the company's internal financial records, budgeting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing budgets, tracking performance against forecasts, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- General Ledger & Reconciliation: Overseeing daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards, and coordinating internal and external audit processes.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable & Payroll: Supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and commissions.
- Inventory Control: Approving adjustments to inventory accounts and working with other managers to ensure proper asset management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
