Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can confidently manage the full sales cycle — from bidding to project delivery. If you are skilled at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring smooth project execution, we want to meet you
Key Responsibilities
1. Bidding & Lead Generation
- Place professional and competitive bids on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, GURU, PPH,
or others. - Conduct follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Handle incoming leads and convert them into active clients.
- Understand client requirements clearly and provide strategic solutions.
- Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
3. Sales & Conversion
- Prepare sales presentations, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
- Convert warm leads into confirmed projects with excellent closing skills.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.
4. Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor progress, update clients proactively, and ensure expectations are met.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth execution until project completion.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in bidding, business development, or client management.
- Strong communication skills (English written & verbal).
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
