We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can confidently manage the full sales cycle — from bidding to project delivery. If you are skilled at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring smooth project execution, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities

1. Bidding & Lead Generation

  • Place professional and competitive bids on platforms like
    Upwork, Freelancer, GURU, PPH,
    or others.
  • Conduct follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Handle incoming leads and convert them into active clients.
  • Understand client requirements clearly and provide strategic solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

3. Sales & Conversion

  • Prepare sales presentations, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
  • Convert warm leads into confirmed projects with excellent closing skills.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

4. Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor progress, update clients proactively, and ensure expectations are met.
  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth execution until project completion.

Requirements

  1. 1–4 years of experience in bidding, business development, or client management.
  2. Strong communication skills (English written & verbal).
  3. Experience working with international clients is a plus.
  4. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
  5. Excellent negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
