We are looking for a CA with 10 to 15 years experience for our client which is a prestigious CA firm in India to lead their Statutory Audit & Ind AS Advisory team. The role involves delivering ethical, high-quality audit and assurance services, as well as end-to-end Ind AS implementation and advisory. Key Responsibilities:Conduct statutory, tax, transfer pricing (domestic & international), and special audits under the Income Tax Act.

Perform internal audits and assess internal controls over financial reporting. Provide certifications under the Income Tax Act, FEMA, SEBI, and banking regulations. Lead Ind AS implementation: assess applicability, identify IGAAP–Ind AS differences, perform impact assessments (including Section 115JB), and prepare Ind AS-compliant financials.

Offer post-implementation Ind AS support and transaction advisory considering Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, and banking regulations.
