Description/Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in the cosmetics sector. This role involves ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality material testing Pharma/cosmetic area working.
  • Packaging material analysis like Leakage test, Dimensional checking, Artwork verification, GSM, Bursting test
  • Performing AQL inspection of Packaging material
  • Sampling of packaging materials.
  • Performing transit trial study and reporting preparation
  • Developing and implementing packaging specifications
  • Qualification- Chemistry, BSC/MSC/chemical Engineering
  • Ensure Quality management system in place and operational.
  • Implement GLP in laboratory and safe work practices.
  • Facilitate implementation of GMP and GHP in plants.
  • Conduct training for officers and associates on Quality standards and practices
  • Work on people development and job enrichment.
  • Implement control measures through control plans and monitoring to assure product quality.
  • Ensure manufacturing delivery on time and complete.
  • Build flexibility in manufacturing to service demand chain.
  • Able to do Bulk and FG analysis test on release the product on time.
  • SOP creates and follow up for all processes and requirements.
  • Follows and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current Good mfg/Laboratory Practices

SKILLS:

a. Laboratory Wet analysis and Equipment analysis.

b. Laboratory Equipment handling & maintenance.

c. GLP and GMP process control.

d. In process quality control.

e. SOP create & Training.

f. Having good exposure on ISO & ISO 22716 requirements
