We are seeking an experienced and passionate Skill Development Faculty to deliver high-quality training in . The faculty will be responsible for curriculum delivery, hands-on training, mentoring trainees, and ensuring measurable skill enhancement and employability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum and standards.
  • Train students on both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject.
  • Customize training content based on trainee needs, industry requirements, and training outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to learners.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Guide students on career paths, interview readiness, and job placement where applicable.
  • Coordinate with industry experts, guest lecturers, and placement teams.
  • Ensure adherence to quality training standards and guidelines set by NSDC/SSC/state or central bodies if applicable.
  • Continuously update self and training materials with the latest industry practices and technology.
  • Promote a positive learning environment and motivate trainees to perform at their best.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
