Role Description

We're looking for a
highly skilled and creatively driven Video Editor
who lives and breathes
sports, combat, and storytelling
. As part of the
Warrior's Dream Series (WDS) Media Team
, you'll be responsible for shaping how Indian MMA is seen, felt, and celebrated across digital platforms.

From high-adrenaline fight highlights to emotional storytelling around fighters' journeys, you'll be at the forefront of crafting cinematic, high-energy content that captures the raw intensity of the sport.

Your work will span across
long-form fight coverage
,
promotional trailers
,
reels
, and
behind-the-scenes content
, ensuring WDS remains the most dynamic MMA brand in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce
long-form fight videos
,
highlight reels
,
teasers
, and
promotional films
.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute content for
YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
.

Sync multiple camera angles, audio, and graphics to deliver broadcast-quality edits.

Maintain storytelling consistency that reflects WDS's
brand tone — intense, authentic, and inspiring
.

Use sound design, music, and pacing to amplify emotional and visual impact.

Collaborate with videographers and photographers for footage management and quality control.

Stay updated on
sports editing trends
, social media formats, and emerging editing styles.

Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of professional editing experience
(sports or combat content preferred).

Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
, or equivalent editing tools.

Strong understanding of
pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling
.

Ability to create
engaging, fast-paced, and emotionally charged edits
for both long and short formats.

Passion for
MMA, sports, and fitness culture
— understanding the energy and psychology of the sport is essential.

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver.
