Job Title: Back Office Executive
Job Location: Kutchery Rd, Ranchi.
Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive plays a key role in supporting sales and operational functions, maintaining documentation, handling telecalling duties for lead follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines administrative work, data management, telecalling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Payment & Follow-ups
5. Administrative Support
6. Inventory & Property Data Management.
7. Office Management Tasks (As Required)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc) Strong foundation in basic accounting, administration, or computer applications. 
- 1–3 years of experience in a back-office, admin, or MIS role (real estate sector experience is a plus) 
- Computer Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email & Internet handling. Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP (if required for accounts support). Knowledge of accounts/HR support. 
- Skills: 
· Fast and accurate typing skills
· Good communication (written & verbal in Hindi & English)
· Data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Work Habits
· Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling data
· Time management and multitasking ability
· Willingness to work from office full time
Work Timings:
10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days a week, Sunday off or as per company policy)
