Job Title: OTA Analyst

Location: Kochi / Calicut

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented OTA Analyst to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, updating and monitoring online travel agency (OTA) platforms, ensuring accurate property listings, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or the travel industry
• Familiarity with OTA platforms and reservation systems
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Good technical and communication skills in English
• Prior knowledge of the hospitality industry or vacation rentals is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations and inventory across multiple platforms
• Optimize backend settings on OTA websites
• Real-time inventory management on platforms like Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip (MMT), and
• Operate and manage channel management software
• Support online sales efforts and contribute to business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
• Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes and services
• Handle escalated issues and demanding customers professionally
• Collaborate effectively with team members and property owners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹22,000.00 per month
